In a residential area of Fort Kochi is the homestay of the friendly Mr Francis KP and his wife Rosy. Located in a large white building, away from the traffic, it offers six air-conditioned rooms, equipped with cable TV, refrigerator and wifi. The rooms are decorated with care and with high quality furniture. Breakfast is included and delicious home cooked food can also be served upon request. Cooking and yoga classes are also offered. A quiet family place.

The Francis Residence is a hotel located in the heritage city of Fort Kochi, close to local attractions and sights. The hotel has six deluxe air-conditioned rooms that are fully equipped and elegantly furnished. It also offers several services including airport shuttles, babysitting, bicycle rental, barbecues and sightseeing. Rosy, one of the hosts, will also offer to teach you how to prepare traditional Kerala/South Indian dishes.
