AU COMPTOIR GOURMAND
Restaurant offering a menu of scallops in all seasons and a crème brûlée.
We’re not packed. This is the kind of restaurant where the bill is too long to guarantee only the cost, where the Saint-Jacques is present in all seasons and where the à la carte prices are singularly high for an establishment of this category. On the day of our arrival, an Atlantic salad very provided in salad (of the fresh oak leaf, anyway) and very chickpeas in fish (two Jacques nuts and a starving slice of smoked salmon) barely fill our stomach and leave us no particular culinary memory. It is followed by a burnt cream where the layer of sugar outweighs the layer of cream. In short, no generosity but rather a very salty addition. The lunch menu is at an affordable rate.
