A practical, sober gîte with modern comforts in a pretty town house dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. Diane and Nicolas' house sleeps up to six people in two bedrooms and a mezzanine, with a double bed in each room and two single beds upstairs. If required, the sofa can accommodate two extra people. There's a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue, and bicycles. The house is in the center of Courseulles and 200m from the beach.
