COURSEULLES-SUR-MER MUSEUM
The Courseulles-sur-Mer museum, located not far from the church, presents costumes and objects of Norman folk tradition.
This museum set close to the church exposes the entire memory of Courseulles-sur-Mer. On the first floor are exhibited jewellery, costumes, capes, and objects of popular Norman tradition. You will also discover 2 shawls made by the workers from the Courseulles lace factory, which is the highlight of the visit as one of them was awarded at the Universal Exhibition of 1900. The souvenirs of the Combattante, the destroyer that brought General de Gaulle to France on June 14, 1944, are also on display.
