The restaurant, with its vaults and exposed stonework dating back to the 13th century, offers a well-made cuisine, inspired by the Normandy region but not only. You will find homemade foie gras, snail pastry, sole meunière, duck breast with honey... The dishes are declined around three menus (of the Seulles, Orival and Sillans) whose choices, always more seductive, go crescendo. Nous avons passé hier soir un repas en famille exceptionnel. Les service des deux frères est très professionnel ( à la cloche SVP ). Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.
Un seul point à améliorer histoire de faire mon difficile : le pain n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité des plats.
Pour tout le reste ne changez rien : c'est parfait.
