Myriam and Eric Picard raised mulards ducks to produce high quality foie gras. But they also have a taste for the reception and sharing of their passion. They therefore welcome those who wish to come to visit their Normandy farm, but also to prepare foie gras in the rules of art! Their workshop specifically calls «I cook the foie gras» and you will learn about the breeding, choosing a good liver, déveiner, season and cooking the liver… before you taste it at home, with family. You cannot go back from the farm of Linoudel, without having tried it!
