Legendary restaurant with a chic atmosphere located in Deauville.
A legendary establishment in Deauville, with a relatively chic atmosphere, which opened its doors in 1905. The brasserie menu is in place and the stars are hanging on the wall. The hard-boiled egg mayonnaise remains a must, like the Vallée d’Auge escalope or the skate with hazelnut butter, white rice and steamed apple, the tin of vintage sardines (the sardines or the tin?), the herring apples in oil or the sole meunière. This restaurant is not the best value for money in the city, but it is one of those institutions without which our beautiful resorts would lose their charm. This is how the legend of the Belle Époque is maintained. Keep your eyes open, there might be a star at the next table... Or maybe us!

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée en débutant par un accueil chaleureux. La carte proposée est variée. Les plats sont copieux et les produits sont frais. Le menu entrée plat dessert à 40€ est un excellent rapport qualité prix.
Je conseille vivement cet établissement pour déguster les spécialités normandes !
