LE CIRO'S
Chic restaurant located in Deauville using the riches of the sea.
On the mythical boards and almost with your feet in the fine sand of the Côte Fleurie, this is one of the most "select" restaurants in Deauville. Gastronomic of course, and turned towards the riches of the sea, the chef proposes to delight you with blue lobster roasted in butter, grilled sole in a mill, wild sea bass baked in a salt crust, with a panorama to fall... into the sea! For this prestigious establishment, no need for a demonstration: the products alone are enough. Of course, the chef’s fine touch will make the difference: the bouillabaisse royale with saffron potatoes leaves a pleasant memory. A bias that makes the delight of the thin mouths (and well-filled wallets), which partly explains the longevity of the establishment. For the dreamers, beware, the meal at Ciro’s is not cheap, but if you can afford it, it is still one of the most chic stopovers in Deauville.
