Restaurant with an open view of the sea, offering innovative cuisine to please everyone in Deauville
On the5th floor of the Novotel Deauville Plage, a 4-star hotel opening in 2019, the restaurant's main asset is its breathtaking open sea view. A word of advice: make sure you make a reservation to be sure you'll enjoy the view. Bathed in light during the day, more intimate in the evening, with the sunset as a bonus, the setting is a success. And to accompany the panorama, a choice menu: salt-marinated beef carpaccio, sesame-cabbage-wasabi emulsion, soy-oyster sauce vinaigrette, French tartare, rump steak and potato pressé, two-pepper sauce.
