Christine and André Diérick moved to Dover in 2017. The specialty of the latter, an artisan butcher for more than 30 years? Petite boucherie du centre ville avec de très bons produits, paupiettes, boulettes orientales, paté campagne, boudin et tripes en bocaux à ramener pour deguster l hiver. Très bon.
