Hôtel vieillot. Fausse information: on y annonce déjeuner payant mais sur place, on apprend qu’il n’y a plus de resto mais pour $10, sac déjeuner avec babioles.
Piètre réception. Hôtel presque vide et pas capable de nous donner une chambre convenant à nos spécifications.
Propreté des chambres laisse à désirer: cheveux ds la baignoire et déchets sous le lit.

La propreté générale de l'hôtel laisse à désirer. L'hôtel a clairement besoin d'être rénové. J'ai demandé un ménage de ma chambre en partant un matin en plaçant le petity carton sur le porte ... le soir à mon retour, le ménage n'avais pas été fait. J'ai contacté la réception ... et on m'a mentionné que les femmes de chambre ne regardent pas les cartons... mais fallait appeler à la réception ... j'ai demandé alors pourquoi mettre ce carton comme dans la majorité des hôtels et la personne m'a répondu : je ne sais pas quoi vous répondre. Il y a une odeur particulière dans les corridors, le tapis est endommagé à plusieurs endroits, les murs abimés. J'ai rtetrouvé des canettes de bière dans ma chambre à mon arrivée. Les lits sont inconfortables. L'internet est médiocre.

Everything was clean, including the ironed sheets!
At the pool, there wasn't any personal, and there weren't any towels left! It was March Break.
I would have appreciated a fan in the bathroom, but everything else was great!
I see that the chambermaids work long hours!

Stayed at this hotel with my daughter's hockey team for a tournament. Great location and close to many restaurants/amenities. Staff was polite, courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Pool and Hot tub were open and functioning so that was a bonus for the girls. Price was right and would stay here again.
