"C.D. Chocolate" is like giving in to temptation. Here are two initials made for each other: C for Chloe and D for Davy, her accomplice. For the time being, it is mainly Chloé who is in charge of this charming laboratory where all the gourmet secrets are woven. Like in the lair of a "Géo Trouvetou", it smokes and smells like chocolate. Always in search of the best, Chloé, her mind is always in turmoil, inventing, transforming and creating. A goldsmith’s work for certain subjects, such as this ring in its case, designed for Valentine’s Day, so fine that one hardly dares to bite it. Beggars, orangettes, mini bars, chocolate candies in the shape of shells, praline rocks..., the young woman uses dark tea and blueberry chocolate, pralines, sesame seeds to shape delicate pieces and makes, with the same elegance, marshmallows and natural fruit pastes (pears, apples, red fruits come from her parents’ garden). Chloé is not yet established, but you can visit her on site or meet her at local fairs and markets. She also makes cakes to order. But now, shh! It’s a secret. We promised not to say anything.
