Hôtel Le Versailles Saint-Sauveur is a modern hotel in the heart of Saint-Sauveur, Quebec. It is ideally located just 2 km from the Piedmont Golf Club and 2.3 km from the Mont Saint-Sauveur ski slopes and water park. Traditional rooms offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, fireplaces, desks, mini-fridges and microwaves. Some rooms also feature a balcony or terrace. Suites include a kitchenette. The hotel features a bar-brasserie with fireplace, heated indoor saltwater pool, whirlpool and gym. It also features self-service laundry facilities, a business center and meeting space. Free parking is available. Guests enjoyed the breakfast, although some noted the lack of egg/omelet options. The hotel is considered correct and very clean.

No help whatsoever from the owners who only offered 10% on our next stay, but let's be honest, we'll never go back. The front desk employee looked overwhelmed when we got there and was rude.
Next morning, an employee even offered us to stay elsewhere next time since it's not the first time that the 3rd floor rooms were dirty.
Now, 5 days since we lodge a complaint and still nothing new. Extremely unsatisfied.
The only think that I didn't like was the receptionist ( a young lady, so cold, no any smile, even when we check in and check out too).
MOINS: acceuil ordinaire, tapis dans la chambre, télévision non-intelligente et télécommande non fonctionnelle, spa non fonctionnel (ne chauffe pas).
