Its restaurant, the Bistro West Brome, offers a menu that varies with the seasons and new arrivals, coupled with a superb wine list. Services: health spa, indoor pool, outdoor whirlpool, Finnish sauna, gym, hiking trails (snowshoeing available in winter). The spa and bistro are open to all. A charming place to get away from it all.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, seul bémol les tapis qui pourraient être retirés.
I visited the Bistro with friends for a birthday celebration and was impressed from start to finish.
Camille greeted and seated us at a table of our choice. She had an extensive knowledge of their wine list which was helpful in starting our experience.
Christopher walked us through the menu options for the evening. His attention to detail and attentiveness are noteworthy.
I had the table d'au with the Chef's suggestions - prosciutto wrapped feta with nuts as an appetizer, the wild kangaroo entree, and an orange cream Brule for dessert. Wow! I asked and was allowed to go to the kitchen to meet and thank the Chef for orchestrating such a culinary experience. My understanding is he does the kangaroo 3 or 4 times a year.
The Bistro is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I highly recommend a visit.
