Learning to dance is simple at home. In the form of a traineeship or through weekly courses. Three levels: base, Superbase or development. The courses last 1 hour and 15 minutes. In addition to rock, you can start or upgrade in West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop or Bachata. For solo dances, there is Zumba and a multitude of rows in lines (disco, Madison, Charleston, Cha Cha...)
