AUBERGE DU VIEUX CLOCHER
Quiet restaurant located on Rue de l’Homme-de-Bois offering quality products
James knows how to welcome his guests. On the picture rails, he talks about his life and his passions. But let's move on to the table, starting with a Norman kir (cider from Ferme des Parquets de Fourneville). Then you'll be tempted by traditional cuisine, freshly prepared: sardine crumble, andouille de Vire with hot apples, Caen-style tripe (made by father-in-law!), rice pudding (James's grandmother's recipe)... The wine is good and the prices very reasonable for this restaurant with quality services, a little away from the crowd.
