Oyster bar on an old sailing ship, for a quiet tasting experience on the water in Honfleur.
On the harbour opposite the Lieutenance, L’Union fait la force, one of Honfleur’s last remaining old rigs, has been transformed into a friendly oyster bar. This original project is the brainchild of the indefatigable Manu, whom we’ve known for several years now. He and his crew welcome you aboard for a quiet moment on the water, away from it all. And as if that weren’t enough, everything is homemade! Raw oysters, hot or tartar, served with smoked sausage or homemade rillettes. Heave-ho!
