A spectacular change of direction for SaQuaNa, from a 2-star to a new, more affordable and accessible concept.
Alexandre Bourdas, former two-star chef, opened this restaurant-bakery-pastry shop after the legendary SaQuaNa. Each schedule corresponds to a meal of the day. Breakfast, lunch (we tried the delicious pascade!), tea-time and dinner (à la carte, with the famous sushi and desserts presented on a platter), all with the chef’s signature. A fine selection of wines. You can also buy bread made with natural sourdough and organic flour. A place like no other... for a lovely experience. Let’s face it: the chef here is a great one.
