Welcome to paradise! 18th-century architecture, blue half-timbering, sumptuous gardens, and a view of the estuary and the Normandy bridge! Between 1825 and 1865, the Ferme Saint-Siméon, then Auberge de la Mère Toutain, welcomed artists such as Courbet, Boudin, Monet, or Bazille. Baudelaire also stayed there. It’s a bit of their soul that’s hovering today at the Farm. A magical place where time seems to have stopped. Inside, each room, each object participates in this dream setting: a living room with massive beams, chandeliers, paintings, and the same goes for the gastronomic restaurant. The rooms are in the same spirit. The ultimate in relaxation and fitness, with a swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, hammam, and other aquatic massages.
