SMALL ALPHONSE ALLAIS MUSEUM
Museum featuring a collection of unusual objects belonging to the writer Alphonse Allais and his quirky inventions.
Following the closure of the Passocéan pharmacy, where the museum was located, the museum now houses a collection of unusual objects that once belonged to Alphonse Allais, and above all the truculent inventions of the best-selling author, known for his caustic, sarcastic humour. This (very!) small 8m2 museum dedicated to the writer-journalist from Honfleur is run by Jean-Yves Loriot, who personalises the tours and, since 1999, has spiced up the itinerary with anecdotes and puns.
