Chic, understated restaurant offering delicious bistronomic cuisine in Houlgate.

A chic, sober and refreshing address on Houlgate’s main street. Maxime Lehoucq delights us with his homemade bistronomic cuisine. The promise of freshness is written into the (short) menu: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, renewed every week. Pêle-mêle: crispy soft-boiled egg, French trout tartare, pork belly confit for 24 hours, Trouville sole (caught by Maxime’s brother)... to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the sunny patio. Chère Madame, Monsieur, nous avons passé un bon moment dans votre restaurant et avons eu un délicieux repas. Malheureusement, la personne qui a mangé des huîtres est tombée gravement malade, nous avons donc dû partir pour les Pays-Bas plus tard. Sincèrement, Nicoline Sarink et fam.Vollemans
