LES PASSANTES
Chic, understated restaurant offering delicious bistronomic cuisine in Houlgate.
A chic, sober and refreshing address on Houlgate’s main street. Maxime Lehoucq delights us with his homemade bistronomic cuisine. The promise of freshness is written into the (short) menu: two starters, two main courses and two desserts, renewed every week. Pêle-mêle: crispy soft-boiled egg, French trout tartare, pork belly confit for 24 hours, Trouville sole (caught by Maxime’s brother)... to be enjoyed in the dining room or on the sunny patio. With a glass of Père Jules cider! Don’t miss Les Passantes!
