The two apartments for rent by Rob, expert in fetishists clothing and accessories, are equipped to enable their occupants to realize all their fantasies: DVD player with X movies, computer with internet connection, cage, sling, St André cross, various mirrors, etc. Rates vary significantly if you reserve in advance or at the last minute. Two nights minimum. Small advantage offered by the house: you are entitled to 10% on all your purchases at Rob during your stay.

Solide Kunden die Wert auf Qualität und Service Wert legen sollten diesen Laden meiden. Unwwürdiger Umgang mit Kunden. Wollte eine 300 Euro Weste 30 min nach Kauf ( nach Konsultation einer Schneiders) zurück geben. Unglaubliches unfreundliches Personal. Keine Geld-Rückgabe möglich…. Weil es schon in der Kasse getippt worden ist…. Nur ein Gutschein möglich. Ich hätte mir den Kassenbon durchlesen müssen….. was natürlich nach der Bezahlung erst möglich wäre und das Kind damit schon ihm Brunnen gefallen wäre. Solche Infos wären vor dem Kauf nützlich gewesen…. Einen qualifizierte Meinung eines Schneiders dass das Produkt als mangelhaft bezeichnet kann nicht einfach ignoriert werden. Da kommen Defizite sowohl bei der Qualität als auch im Service zu Tage. Kundenorientierendes-Geschäft welches Kunden oder Qualität schätzt habe ich mir irgendwie anders vorgestellt. Ich vermisse ein Wohlwollen einen Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Ich hab dein Geld, du hast Pech... ich rücke es nicht raus. Hm

Interesant ist natürlich auch die Antwort von der R@Co Berlin die sich auf Rechte der Verbraucher in Europa bezieht.

Man könnte natürlich über die EU-Produktanforderungen nachdenken. Qualität-Standarts... Lieferketten... Gesundbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung ... ;-) Entsprechende Tests wären interessant.
