Hotel chain offering spacious rooms and suites in contemporary Japanese design with balcony or terrace in Berlin.
In a brand new building, at the foot of the Nollendorfplatz subway station, are the rooms and suites of the Numa hotel chain. Ultra modern, with shapes and lines inspired by contemporary Japanese design, the rooms are spacious and the beds are very large. Each room has a coffee machine, flat screen TV, refrigerator, walk-in shower and free wifi. There are also rooms and suites with balcony or terrace.

Wenn man etwas zentrales sucht und keinen persönlichen Service im Hotel benötigt, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist sauber, mehr braucht man nicht zwingend. Ich war

Our reservation is canceled by hotel at 15h, last minute before the checkin! They said a damage constraint, but this is really annoying, we have to find a new hotel for tonight

Katastrophe! 2 Zimmer Upgrade Suite gebucht weil wir 3 Personen waren, angekommen gab es nur ein Standart Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Nach einer Stunde in der Hotline, hiess es wir haben ja nur zu zweit online eingecheckt deswegen wurden iw rin ien Standart Zimmer gesteckt. Dass der dritte noch auf der Autobahn war, interessiert das Büro nicht. Null Service rotzfrech. Wenn Ich also die Präsidenten Suite buchen würde und alleine ankomme, muss Ich wohl in ein Einzelzimmer, weil ich. nur eine Person bin, wãre ja sonst zu groß für mich, oder was? Mussten dann noch am 25.12. Abends, in Berlin eine extra Zimmer suchen, Danke Idioten. Dass die Upgrade Suite bezahlt wurde und ein Standard Zimmer erhlaten haben, hat auch niemanden interessiert. Nach noch einer Stunde Hotline wollte man mir großzügig 15% des Preises erstatten,LOL. Ratet mal was bis heute, den 05.01. nicht passiert ist? Finger weg!

Worst checkin experience. Couldn't enter the room because there was an error which I was not aware. It took 45mins until they gave me the access to the room (only via chat possible).
Also the gym is outside! Nice for summer, but no winter.
Update: The hotel is trying to delete all bad reviews. That is really embarrassing numa.
