Albergo in posizione molto comoda, a 20 metri dalla stazione che conduce all'aeroporto e ovunque in città. Curato, molto pulito, personale gentile. Arrivare all'aeroporto in meno di mezz'ora direttamente in albergo è davvero comodo.

Über das Hotel und die Zimmer kann ich nichts sagen, da ich dort nicht übernachtet habe.

Allerdings hatte ich mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt und der war nicht zufriedenstellend.

Zwei Tage vor der Anreise ist mein Vater verstorben und ich konnte dementsprechend die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen. Auf Anfrage ob Kulanterweise die Stornogebühren erlassen werden, oder eine Gutschrift erstellt werden kann, wurde dies verneint. Sehr Schade.

Da der Service für mich persönlich genauso wichtig ist wie die Ausstattung, werde ich vermutlich das Hotel nicht nochmal reservieren und nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schulz is a nice looking hotel. I stayed here for four nights so got a good sense of the place. During the first night it was so hot in my room I couldn’t sleep. I turned the air down to 17 but it stayed so hot I was sweating and couldn’t have any sheets on. I asked them the next day to fix it and when the technician came, then said there was nothing wrong. I asked every day I was there as I was losing a lot of sleep but no one seemed to want to help. When I checked out I mentioned it again and the guy at the counter told me the cooling function doesn’t work until the summer time. I told him I had specifically asked about it because it was too hot to sleep but was basically shoved off. Besides this, the place was completely over run by children. In all the hallways yelling and running, in the lobby screaming… I also waiting for the elevator for about 20 minutes a morning before giving up and taking the stairs because every elevator that came was packed. This place definitely looks better online than it is in person.
