PARK SACROW
Unesco World Heritage Site since 1990, featuring a small castle and the Heilandskirche.
Park Sacrow is an integral part of the parks in Potsdam and Berlin, which have been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since the 1990s. There is a very modest small castle. The highlight of the park is the Heilandskirche designed by the Prussian architect Ludwig Persius. It stands on the banks of the Havel and looks like a Byzantine church with a Florentine bell tower. Particularly beautiful in the autumn, the park offers a very pleasant walk, which can be continued to the Sacrow Lake (Sacrower See) a stone's throw away.
