Built in 1927, this hotel shines with its former prestige, but has lost some of its splendor. Famous names have stayed here, including Charlie Chaplin and Fred Astaire. It's now possible to follow in their footsteps, in the hotel's tropical garden, for example. A special treat in the heart of the city: the swimming pool. Not far from the city's main markets, the hotel's location is attractive, and many seminars and banquets are held here. The rooms, however, could do with some modernization.
