Then comes dinner time where the most refined dishes of Italian cuisine, with their traditional touch, follow one another before our amazed eyes. The products are selected with Balinese farmers and also directly from the chef's garden. Their discovery menu allows you to taste a little of everything, and nothing will disappoint you.
