Completely against. Invoices on arrival are not the same as those received in France, the final invoice is incorrect. 2 of the 3 rented villas are changed during the stay, the second without TV, no air conditioning or bed linen in the living room, not equipped kitchen but still at 260 dollars at night!!! The drivers in charge of the transfers are late (thanks for the fast boat to Gili missed!) and none knows the addresses of the destinations where lost time and one wants to drop us in the middle of nowhere because it is a hurry (claiming that the villa is at the end of an uninformed gang, it was false of course)!!! The transfer of business from one villa to another is incomplete, we return to France with two collars… Thank you Bali I love you it is over!!!

Je déconseille totalement cette agence de location. Nous avons vécu une expérience désastreuse avec eux. Pour faire bref notre villa a été annulée au dernier moment pour être remplacée par une autre dans un secteur complètement différent et l'était de la villa était pitoyable (des fuites partout, les lits trempés, des gros trous dans le parquet des chambres, un personnel qui laisse à desirer). LE PIRE DE TOUT nos enfants ont attrapé la teigne avec le chat du propriétaire et on n'arrive toujours pas à les en guérir car les crèmes en France paraissent ne rien faire. Ils vont devoir prendre un traitement avec des effets secondaires très lourds. Et face à mes mails pour les en informer et éviter que d'autres personnes ne soient touchées, plus aucune réponse!!!! Ils se fichent de tout! Une fois que vous avez payé et que vous êtes partis, zou, on ne vous connaît plus. C'est inadmissible! AGENCE PEU RECOMMANDABLE.
