À mon arrivée, Mme Ayik m'a accueilli avec un accueil chaleureux. Elle était très sympathique et professionnelle. Lors de l'enregistrement, ils m'ont offert un verre de bienvenue, ce qui est très agréable. L'un des responsables de service (M. Rahmad) est venu discuter avec moi. Mme Ayik a réglé mon paiement et m'a remis la clé.
M. Indra m'a aidé à porter mes bagages dans ma chambre.
La pièce elle-même m’a laissé sans voix. Spacieux et très moderne avec des collations de bienvenue et des boissons dans la chambre. Et quelques notes de bienvenue sur la vitre du préposé aux chambres (Yasmika).
En tant que membre Accor Plus, un petit geste comme celui-ci m'a donné le sentiment d'être reconnu et apprécié.

Je mentionne spécifiquement mon expérience à table, M. Mertawan a fait de mon dîner avec ma femme une merveilleuse expérience de bonne hospitalité. C'était notre 27ème anniversaire de mariage et ce fut un moment mémorable. Merci à tous
