Everything this hotel offer is beyond expectations. The room was clean and complete, all the staff are very helpful and caring, food are delicious. All the gardens are well maintained and the beach is clean. It was a wonderful experience to stay here!????

В номере вообще нет информации как позвонить на ресепшен ! Написали в чат , ждали пока придёт мастер .
Это позор доя отеля 5 звёзд ! Никакого сервиса ! Мы 2 недели на Бали жили в разных отелях , но такого ужасного ещё не встречали !

D'abord, on nous a mis dans une pièce sans eau ! Nous avons attendu 40 minutes pour trouver une autre chambre ! Nous avons perdu du temps alors que nous aurions pu bronzer sur la plage.
Le soir nous avons allumé la télé, mais ça ne marchait pas !
Il n'y a aucune information dans la chambre sur la façon d'appeler la réception ! Nous avons écrit sur le chat et attendu l'arrivée du maître.
C'est dommage pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Pas de service! Nous avons vécu dans différents hôtels pendant 2 semaines à Bali, mais nous n'avons jamais rencontré une chose aussi terrible !

I checked in on February 2nd with the initial room given #4157. Very dissapointed when I opened the door, the smell was really musty, one of the Trainee named Jesica who accompanied me to carried my stuff also feel the same way. It was dusty, old furnitures, lots of defects and I found strings of dust hanging on the ceiling just above the bathtub - the bathtub floor was also dirty. I was then moved to a new room #1308 which is a different type, cleaner with furnitures that are not old as the previous room. Appreciate that I was shortly moved to a better room however it was not really meeting to my expectations with the first impression of the big and luxurious brand. This review is specifically for room #4157 as my first impression of the Hotel. Hopefully the management is improving the room and cleanliness quality. Was it worth the price? With such experience, no. Would I come back? no.
