This little Japanese restaurant hidden away in Sanur is a real treasure. The dishes are comforting, with mild, balanced flavors. Many vegan and vegetarian options are available, and the staff are adorable. Admittedly, the wait can be a little long, but everything is homemade, which is more than worth it. Don't hesitate to try the clams with Asari butter, the miso eggplant or the silken tofu - you won't be disappointed! A little gem to discover, but don't forget to make a reservation, as the place is intimate.
