PURA TAMAN PULE
A temple to visit in the center of Mas, featuring the head of the demon Kala Rau and a well decorated with naga.
In the center of Mas, a large football field is located in front of the temple Pura Taman Pule and was built on the foundations of the griya of Nirartha. Every year of 7 months, at the approaches of Kuningan (end of the cycle of 210 days), an odalan of the temple takes place. Thousands of offerings flock to the temple and many dances are performed. Inside the temple, one can observe the head of the demon Kala Rau, who lost the rest of his body in his fight with Vishnu. Further on, a small well is decorated with naga, the snakes that protect the universe.
