Nestled in Bali, MOKSA UBUD is an eco-friendly restaurant that focuses on plant-based dishes. Here, local products are emphasized to advocate for respectful and sustainable food. With 2500 square meters of green space lined with trees and foliage, this is a great place to relax and enjoy healthy and delicious food.
In addition to the restaurant, chefs Made Runatha and Made Janur offer the "Awakening the Senses Space" concept, which is presented as a communal space that serves as a culinary academy, permaculture garden, dojo for yoga, meditation and martial arts. Special events and a weekly community farmers' market are also regularly organized.

Очень редко я встречал правильно обжаренный тофу, в основном его высушивают в резину.???? Они готовят насыщенные умами бульоны и соусы! Доводят блюда до вкуса! И всё это из локальных продуктов, без химических соусов и глутамата. В общем, рекомендую к посещению!????????
我们一共12人就餐，并提前预约。点了很多的食物，坦白说，食物是很好的。但我们其中一人由于生日的关系，我们外带了一个大的生日蛋糕为她庆祝。就在我们把生日蛋糕拿出来切的时候，经理说不能在餐厅里吃外带的生日蛋糕，因为不确定生日蛋糕是否素食蛋糕。
我能理解不能外带食物和酒水，在我们预定时没有跟我们说明不能外带生日蛋糕，而且moksa的蛋糕都是很小的分量。而最后不提供盘子和刀叉给我们。我们只能每个人用纸巾当盘子，直接手拿蛋糕使用。
从来没有体验过这么差服务的餐厅。
