We came for a second visit for 7 days, after a similar period the same time last year and were not disappointed in any way.|This resort run by a capable Gianni Costa and his team deserves an award beyond 5 stars.|The word "NO" doesn't exist in their vocabulary -- anything we needed of wanted was done with a smile .|The kitchen- chefs led by Suti were exceptional.|Chefs Suti , Gusti and Ong would always try to please and go beyond the call of duty at all times.|Pool staff always willing to please.|Truly an exceptional well oiled machine .|We have stayed at several 5 star hotels globally including other Four Seasons Hotels, and have found the Four Seasons Sayan to be the best in every way.|Compliments to Gianni Costa General Manager.

Nous sommes venus ici pour notre lune de miel et je ne peux pas penser à un meilleur endroit où venir. Le service et les activités étaient infinis. Je dois dire avant tout que l'un des assistants nommé Mades était si authentique et attentionné. Si je reviens à Bali, il est impossible que je ne fasse pas tout mon possible pour le revoir. Il était la cerise sur le gâteau de ce voyage.

Bel endroit personnel charmant. Les prix sont bas pour la région, mais la moitié de ce qu'ils seraient dans la plupart des endroits.
