C'était un excellent professeur et nous avons tous contribué à préparer un repas incroyable et savoureux. Je referais certainement cela, la variété des choix de menu en ferait une aventure culinaire différente !! Et nous avons reçu d'adorables tabliers en souvenir. Je ne saurais trop recommander cette expérience, cela a été un moment fort de notre séjour !

We just did the cooking class with Head Chef Agus - it was incredible. The day started with a trip down to the local market where he explained some of the local produce and shared his love of white mangoes with us!! After serving the fruits to us at breakfast we are also now huge fans! He made us feel like VIPs in his kitchen, showing us the ingredients and techniques used to make some of our favourite dishes on the menu! He was a great teacher and we all helped to make an amazing and tasty meal. I would definitely do this again, the variety of menu choices would make it a different food adventure!! And we got some adorable aprons as a memento. Cannot recommend this experience enough, it has been a highlight of our stay!

From the stunning room with a private pool to the exquisite dining and impeccable service, we only wished we stayed longer than one day!||The room was a visual masterpiece, and the upgrade to a better view was a pleasant surprise. Le personnel est fantastique et le directeur de l'hôtel prend le temps de venir discuter. Nous espérons y retourner dans quelques années, lorsque nous prendrons notre retraite. Si vous voulez vous occuper et passer des vacances reposantes, c'est l'endroit où aller.

We stayed here again for three nights this month. We were here in 2019 just before lockdown. We loved it then so decided to come back. No regrets. Just as amazing. We had a hillside view this time which was stunning. We had a ‘welcome back’ cake left in the fridge for us. Every attention to detail is given. The spa was great, I had a massage and reflexology which was fantastic. The food.. what can I say.. amazing!! Swept away is probably where I have had the best food ever! The hotel driver took us into Ubud for the market. No charge. Great service. Staff are all fantastic and the hotel manager takes time to come and have a chat. We are hoping to go again in a few years time when we retire. If you want looking after and a relaxing holiday this is the place to go.
