A must not only in Ubud but in all of Bali. The establishment is located in a breathtaking natural setting with an eminently luxurious atmosphere, offering without doubt one of the most renowned gourmet restaurants on the island. The dishes mix French inspirations, with quality products such as Australian beef, Canadian lobster or French foie gras, but always with an Asian, Thai, Japanese or Indonesian touch. Nice wine list and cocktails. An experience to try if you have the means.
