Built entirely of wood, and clinging like a balcony to the landscape, the place belongs to a couple who are trying to bring about change by promoting the development of respectful tourism in the north of Bali, which is still untouched by the pollution and excesses of the south. In terms of cuisine, you'll lunch on a terrace, your nose in the trees and your eyes on the horizon, with excellent, essentially Balinese dishes prepared as far as possible with fruit and vegetables from the organic garden below. Rambutan and durian orchards surround the house. A good address.
