Unusual! These are the village's alarm bells, carved out of a tree trunk. The towers of Kulkul are interesting for their wayang-style carvings. There's also an original gamelan. It was with this gamelan that the Tejakula Dancers' Association undertook to stage the famous Wayang Wong, which is similar to a human puppet dance. Originally a purely ritual dance, it is now a Unesco cultural heritage site and travels abroad. Don't miss this highly original visit.
