Plataran is a Jakarta-based hotel group that aims to put Indonesia on the world map. It operates luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and private cruises throughout the island. Plataran Menjangan Resort & Spa is located in the western part of the island, in the national park. You will find 175 varieties of plants and 167 species of animals including the endangered Bali starling. The resort offers you a stay in the middle of the Plataran forest or by the sea, in luxury villas. For relaxation, the resort is equipped with a spa, an infinity pool. It also plans excursions on the island and various activities such as snorkeling, kayaking or volleyball. At the Octagon Ocean Club, the resort's main restaurant, you'll be able to enjoy a grilled lamb chop while taking in the splendid view of the national park and the ocean. Its idyllic setting is also perfect for a honeymoon or a country wedding.

(+) La villa est très confortable, comme prévu ; le personnel est très agile et réactif ; la nourriture est également étonnamment délicieuse ; la piscine est belle et se trouve être très calme ; les activités kayak/canoë/plongée/trekking sont également intéressantes ; et la piste de jogging est très confortable.

(+) Villa sangat nyaman, as expected; staff sangat cekatan dan tanggap; makanan juga enak surprisingly; kolam renang bagus dan kebetulan sangat lengang; aktifitas kayak/kano/diving/trekking juga menarik; dan jogging track sangat nyaman.

One of the best experience we had while staying in a resort .. yes it is expensive but they provide u so many free activities, complimentary afternoon tea n delicious breakfast. Definitely worth the price. Not mentioning the helpful staff.. the forest .. definitely will come back !!

We have just checked out of Plataran Menjangan after 4 nights on our honeymoon and had the most incredible time. The villa was beautiful and clean and a great place to sit and watch the wildlife. The included activities like the snorkelling and forest walk were so well organised. The staff were all so accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be!
