Even if the building that houses this restaurant is not the most engaging, don't be fooled by it, as the skewers you'll taste there are exquisite. In barbecue country, this establishment is appreciated because it offers mutton (as opposed to pork and beef). Moreover, the cooking method is quite playful. You just have to put the skewers on a metal stand over the fire and magic, they turn by themselves! Once cooked, you can garnish them with cumin, sesame or chilli pepper. Our recommendation goes for curry.
