One of the best samgyetang in the capital is served there. Known for its beneficial and energizing properties, this chicken soup stuffed with glutinous rice, ginseng, jujubes and garlic is one of the most popular dishes among Koreans in summer. In fact, it is THE dish dedicated to the three hottest days of this season (Chobok, Jungbok and Malbok). The icing on the cake is to dine in a beautiful traditional hanok, barefoot and on the ground. It couldn't be more traditional!
