DOORE
It's one of the best addresses in town. At the entrance of the restaurant, there is a traditional design bar, with tables, bamboos and zen stones (you have to take off your shoes and put on slippers...). The other part of the old house is divided into small private partitioned lounges, in the Korean style. The hanjeongsik are of a rare refinement, just like the decoration. We recommend yukhoe, which is a beef tartare with honey, sesame, and pear. An unexpected and surprising combination, but it's a real treat.
