GAESEONG MANDU KOONG
This restaurant serves delicious mandus (steamed ravioli) from Kaeseong, North Korea, the homeland of the cook who kept a family recipe before moving south in the 1950s. They are absolutely stunning. They are eaten in soups, steamed, cassolette, pumpkin-filled, etc. They are absolutely stunning. The owner also offers a delicious bossam, boiled pork, cut into strips and served in a blanched cabbage leaf. Truly an unmistakable address in the street as much for the quality of its dishes as for the attractive prices.
