This Ibis hotel has the double advantage of being perfectly located in the centre of Myeong-dong, and to be very comfortable. The reception is on the top floor as well as the hot baths (included in the price) and a gym where you can carry on with the view of Seoul. There is also a bar overlooking the city. Prices vary significantly depending on season.
