Shin Chon Hostel is a cosmopolitan place where the staff are Korean, French, Thai... and very helpful. The hostel is ideally located in the heart of Hongdae's student district, home to several universities. Ideal for a lively nightlife. Their strength is their huge service and dining facilities. In fact, this hostel is a hybrid of guesthouse and hotel. In other words, the huge lounge/dining room offers all the advantages of a guesthouse with the space of a hotel: spacious lounge, kitchen, several tables for eating, reading, games console, guitar... Without being the ultimate in luxury, the rooms are clean and decent. Some are small, but there are also double and triple rooms.
