BANK OF KOREA MONEY MUSEUM
Museum in a renaissance-style building providing information on the evolution of the Korean economy, coins and banknotes.
The museum opened in 2001 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Bank of Korea. It is housed in a splendid Renaissance-style building dating from the early 20th century. Not surprisingly, we discover the evolution of the Korean economy, but also that of currencies, notes and coins. On the top floor there is even a collection of pieces from all over the world. Interesting even for those who are not numismatists!
