NATIONAL MUSEUM OF HANGEUL
Museum retracing the history of Hangeul, the Korean alphabet, with fun, interactive learning activities.
Very nice museum that traces the history of hangeul (한글), the unique Korean alphabet, proclaimed in 1446 by King Sejong via the Hunminjeongeum (훈민정음). Through fun and interactive activities you can easily learn to read Korean (understanding it is another matter). Not depending on a system of ideograms such as Chinese or Japanese, in a few seconds you will be able to read it (which can help during your trip).
