Apart from meditation and prayer activities, you can also learn sunmundo, a Korean martial art characterized as a dynamic form of yoga. Prices are decreasing according to the length of your stay. Attention you will have to sleep in ondol, that is to say on the ground, but also to share the bathrooms with the students of the temple... A real spiritual adventure!
