Artisan chocolate maker for 15 years in Lisieux to melt with pleasure

In a pretty cobbled lane, one of the oldest in Lisieux, a 15th-century building houses Chocolaterie Mérimée, which celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2025. After a spell at Lenôtre, Emmanuel Mérimée realized his dream and opened his own chocolate factory, much to our delight. The exterior - magnificent and authentic - is the image of what the interior reveals: an assortment of chocolates, macaroons and other sweets and pastries. Here, everything melts your heart! You can also enjoy an old-fashioned hot chocolate in the tearoom.

Très bon chocolat mais vu le prix... une dégustation d'un chocolat pourrait être bien sympa très décevant . Le vendeur devrait changer de métier le sourire doit être en option. Pas sur de revenir

Arght.. Je suis déçu de constater du sirop de glucose ds mes marrons glacés. Si la composition se rapproche de celle des industriels.
Quel sens donnez vous a votre travail.?! Je rapl le prix la petite a 25 la moyenne a plus de 35.euros..
