It's easy to go to the restaurant without noticing it. In fact, it is a small establishment with a very modern and cozy decor, but you immediately feel the energy of young servers as soon as you cross the front door. You will find it difficult to find a free table if you don't book before - even if you come early, this little jewel will already be full. Fine cuisine, but simple, with lots of vegetables. You choose three or four dishes on the map (or more!): a list for their specialty, the balls - meat, fish, vegetarian… - and the other for accompaniment, often vegetables, but also pasta, potatoes and cheese. You're wrong right now: the plates are small, yes, but they are mostly copious. It's an absolute regal! A mixture of flavors and dishes that will leave you without a voice. Everything presented very refined on beautiful plates or small stoves for the balls. Leave room also for desserts, like white chocolate cheesecake with fresh berries…
